Since 25 January 1987, I have had the pleasure of welcoming you in my restaurant.
After catering school (C.E.R.I.A. in Brussels) and three years of working with fellow chefs, I decided to have my own place and to work alone, free and true to my convictions.
I like simple, timeless cooking without unnecessary sophistication.
Excellence lies in simplicity.
At my restaurant you will find a different menu every day that is inspired by the market, as well as a "thought of the day", since a good meal feeds the mind.
All the dishes are served with fresh vegetables; our desserts and our bread are made in-house.
I also provide a catering service for parties and other events.
